3. Analytics and WhatsApp click tracking
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the website. It may tell us which pages were viewed, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate city or region, and how a visitor arrived at the site. We use this information to improve the website and our service, not to identify you by name.
With your consent, we also record when you click a WhatsApp button or link and which page the click came from, and when an enquiry form is submitted successfully. This measurement uses random identifiers belonging to this website and does not include personal form details. It does not let us read, see, or store your WhatsApp conversation. Once you move into WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We do not enable Google Analytics or our first-party conversion measurement until you select “Accept analytics”. If you consent, GA4 may use cookies, while our system uses local and session storage for random identifiers and UTM values.
We store your choice locally so we do not ask on every visit. You can reject analytics when the notice appears or change your choice later through “Cookie settings” in the site footer. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the website, analytics, and communications, such as Google and Meta/WhatsApp, and only to the extent needed for those services. We may also disclose data to authorities if the law requires us to do so.
Some service providers may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, the processing remains subject to the legal requirements that apply to transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom.
6. How long we keep data
We keep GA4 data for up to 14 months and first-party conversion records for up to 18 months. We keep enquiry details for up to 18 months after the last contact. We then delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires longer or an active project or warranty still needs it.
7. Your choices and rights
Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over your personal data. Depending on your situation, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and why we use it.
- Ask for a copy of your personal data in a clear, readable form.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete missing information.
- Ask us to delete your personal data where the law allows.
- Withdraw your consent where consent is the basis we rely on for processing.
You can make a request by messaging us on WhatsApp at +966 53 759 4622 or through the quote request form. We will reply within a reasonable time and aim to handle the request within 30 days.
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data and we cannot resolve it with you, you may raise a complaint or concern with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) through the official National Data Governance Platform channels.
8. Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the website or our data practices change. When we make an update, we will publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
